Customers who choose not to pay a fee don't qualify for the insurance, but still get the preferential interest rates on saving, loans, etc.

Storm Barney has heavily disrupted train service between London stations and Mercury land, Bedford, Stansted Airport and Cambridge. Winds at 60 mph caused a tree to fall at about 8 pm yesterday which ultimately damaged overhead power lines between Harpenden and St Albans. As a result, Operator Abellio Greater Anglia (AGA) had to cancel hundreds of trains throughout the day.
